I was on holidays last year in Greece with my dear friend Mariangela (pictured). We were wandering the divine white streets of a small hill village in Amorgos, Mari looking like she stepped out of a Greek film with her beautiful black dress and geranium in hand. We heard these odd snorting noises from a little alley and there in the beautiful perfectly distressed blue stall was this calm and friendly donkey. Mari without fear started to pat him and that is how I ended up with this photo of my lovely friend and 'her donkey'.
