teamuncoolfashion likes Pandemonia

This extraordinary blonde has been all over London Fashion Week. We first spotted this character called Pandemonia during ACNE’s fashion show where we couldn’t believe our eyes. Who was this character? We wondered what kind of person was behind this cartoonesque appearance. Well, apparently Pandemonia is a fashion blogger and self-titled post-modern artist from London with the looks of a living, digitally enhanced, Roy Liechtenstein painting.

The personification of pop-art, this lady has inflatable blonde hair, wears bright colored latex dresses, a slightly scary rubber mask and is accompanied by her white stuffed dog called Snowy. She states she’s a cartoon character called Dizzy Blonde most of the time but sometimes changes into looks she refers to as the Marlboro Girl and the Windswept Redhead.

This seven feet tall person always appears shiny, slim and glamorous in an unusual way. Pandemonia’s motives are that she pursuits the perfect form in a messed up, consumer-driven world and that she’s an advert for the aspirations of modern life, a living and breathing concept. It made us think of a bizarre mix between Amanda Lepore and Lady Gaga, but inflatable and with a British accent. Interesting.
