Thank-you for all your lovely messages. I have been away this week and thought I would post a photo from Florence. I took this pic whilst scouting for a location. I walked through the back of San Niccolo past the ancient wall that surrounds florence (on this side of the river) and up a steep set of stairs. I was gasping and wondering where I was going? Then I looked back on Florence and this is what I saw. The street is called via del Monte alle Croci and the twelve stations of the cross accompany you on your walk up the hill to the church of San Miniato. Great workout and wonderful view..
